Since our products are custom made for each individual, we do not offer returns. In the event you have ordered the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange the item for the correct size. We must be notified of the return within 5 days of receipt of the product, and you must obtain a RA# from Jan@Devonandme.com
A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to the exchanged item. Be sure to return the items in original, unused condition, and include your name, billing address and phone number and a copy of the invoice and RA#. We suggest you send the items via a trackable shipping method and insure them to prevent loss. Shipping will not be reimbursed.
Once we receive the product, we will make every attempt to provide you with the correct size within a 14 day period
